- A separate entry form must be submltted for each entry. Please send seprate checks for each entry. This will allow the Secretary and Treasurer to make adjustments and return entry fees more efficiently.
- Entries not on Official AKC entry forms or photocopies without the Agreement and Rules are UNACCEPTABLE. Entries will not be accepted without fees. No refund for duplicate entries or any other cause beyond the control of the Club after the closing date.
- Returned checks do not constitute a valid entry. The Test & Trial Secretary will add a collection fee to the amount of each returned check. Canadian exhibitors must submit entries with international money orders in US funds.
- Telephone, telegraph, fax and unsigned entries cannot be accepted.
- Changes, additions, or corrections to Entry Forms must be received in writing prior to the close of entries.
- The ATBA may decline entries for cause and may refuse to receive or may remove any dog on account of disease, viciousness or other cause and no one shall have any claim or recourse against ATBA or any official thereof.
